The Blythe Team's traffic control plans consist of four (4) phases:
Phases I, II, III and IV.
Phase I Work (February 2005 - July 2006)
Phase II Work (April 2006 - September 2007)
Phase III & IV Work (December 2006 - December 2007)Phase V Work (Complete by March 2008)
